• Experience: 6 months 1 years
• Location: Mumbai- Lower Parel/ Churchgate.
• Preferred candidates: Young & enthusiastic candidates with relevant experience in hospitality.
• Educational qualification: Hospitality management or equivalent.
• Job Description:
• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Present menus and explain dishes clearly, providing recommendations when necessary.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted.
• Deliver orders promptly and efficiently to tables.
• Anticipate guest needs and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
• Maintain a friendly and attentive demeanor throughout the dining experience.
• Set up tables with appropriate linens, cutlery, and glassware according to standards.
• Clear plates and glasses between courses, ensuring tables remain clean and organized.
• Perform table checks regularly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and pricing
• Follow proper beverage service techniques, including knowledge of liquor laws
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and any guest requests
