Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.
- Oversee banquet operations, including event planning, execution, and staff management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through effective menu planning, pricing, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of staff members, providing guidance on customer service, product knowledge, and performance evaluation.
- Allocate budgets, monitor finances, and ensure bills are paid on time
- Sell banqueting facilities, including conference rooms, and schedule reservations
- Create memorable experiences for guests by upholding standards and meeting their needs
