Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of staff members, providing guidance on customer service, product knowledge, and performance evaluation.
  • Allocate budgets, monitor finances, and ensure bills are paid on time
  • Sell banqueting facilities, including conference rooms, and schedule reservations
  • Create memorable experiences for guests by upholding standards and meeting their needs
