Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.
• Oversee banquet operations, including event planning, execution, and staff management.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through effective menu planning, pricing, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead a team of staff members, providing guidance on customer service, product knowledge, and performance evaluation.
• Allocate budgets, monitor finances, and ensure bills are paid on time
• Sell banqueting facilities, including conference rooms, and schedule reservations
• Create memorable experiences for guests by upholding standards and meeting their needs
