Job description
1. Communicating with Client acquisition teams, Managers & relevant stakeholders to identify training needs
2. Design content & develop training programs (in house/outsourced) for existing employees (All levels)
3. Train New Joiners on IndiaMart product & processes
4. Coordinate with SMEs, Admin, HR, business stakeholders for smooth functioning of training
5. Facilitate sessions on products, processes and skills
6. Design & share monthly training calendar
7. Track and report completion of training sessions
8. Publish monthly/quarterly training reports
9. Deliver training updates to the business
10. Revise and update the content when required
11. Assess instructional quality / impact and determine the impact of training on employee skills
12. Gather & report feedback from trainers & trainees
13. Host train the trainer for SMEs
14. Travel to branches (if applicable) and conduct training programs
15. Research & recommend new training methods (eLearning/gamification)
