- Deliver complete design of process and Participate in manufacturing line Design & development for Battery and Vehicle Assemblies as Key stakeholder. Drive Digital Transformation in Manufacturing, Both During 2W Vehicle design/ Development & Factory Digitalization.During early stages of 2W Vehicle Program Development, Drive Various Digital Validations e.g. : Virtual Build, DFA, DFM, Plant simulations, Process simulations, Capacity constraintIdentification and resolution,
- Layout Engineering, IOT Projects, Digital Twin etc,Sound Knowledge of MES, Line automation, Data acquisition and integration needs.Meet Cost, Quality & Schedule goals for Programs/Projects.Define Manufacturing Standards along with CFT and ensure driven through Product & process design.]Lead efforts to carry out detailed Process Calculations, ]Yield Predictions and ToleranceAnalyses to demonstrate compliance to sub-system/system specifications and requirements along with Takt.
