Client Acquisition and Onboarding:


Identify and target potential business clients in assigned territories.

Educate clients about Alibabas platform, services, and benefits.

Assist new clients with onboarding processes and platform navigation

Sales Growth:


Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Promote Alibaba's products and services, including e-commerce solutions, digital payment systems, and supply chain services.

Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.

Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.

Provide insights and recommendations to clients to enhance their business performance on Alibaba’s platform.

Market Analysis and Reporting:


Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to the management team.

Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies with market demands.

Field Visits:


Conduct frequent on-site visits to meet with clients and provide personalized solutions.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent Alibaba.

Qualifications and Skills:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in field sales, account management, or a related role.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
