Shift Timings:
US Shift 6:30 pm to 3:30 am (Male Candidate Preferred)


Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients within the US market.
  • Engage potential clients in conversations to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and generate interest in our services.
  • Present and explain the features and benefits of our services to potential clients.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition to create compelling sales pitches.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to nurture leads and drive sales conversions.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries and objections.

Requirements:
– Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a natural ability to engage customers over the phone.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
– Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
