Job Title: Travel Consultant (GDS Expert)

Location: Noida

Salary: 28k -32k (In-Hand) + 5k Bonus( post certification)

6k Bonus every 6 months for retention.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Travel Consultant with hands-on experience in Global Distribution Systems (GDS). If you have a passion for travel, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to curate the best travel experiences for clients, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings using GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Assist clients with travel planning, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Manage cancellations, rescheduling, and special requests efficiently.
• Provide accurate fare quotes and suggest the best travel options.
• Keep up-to-date with airline rules, policies, and industry trends.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

• 6 month of experience in the travel domain with strong GDS knowledge.
• Proficiency in at least one GDS system (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary & Benefits:
