- Looking for Male/Female candidate for Flight/Hotel/Car booking for our travel manegment company.
- Understand clients travel requirements and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
- Research and plan itineraries including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities.
- Book travel services such as flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel insurance.
- Provide accurate information on visa requirements, travel restrictions, and currency exchange rates.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, destinations, and travel deals to offer expert advice.
- Process payments, issue tickets, and confirm bookings while adhering to company policies.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
