# To involve in monitoring of activities of the centres assigned.

# Implementing SOPs and monitoring the quality standards and best practices for dialysis care.

# Evaluating the dialysis centres performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established standards.

# Tracking key quality indicators to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.

# Providing staff with training on quality assurance procedures, infection control, and patient safety protocols.

# Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained for all aspects of dialysis care.

# Working closely with dialysis technicians, nurses and clinicians to address quality concerns and improve patient outcomes.

# Investigating and resolving patient complaints.

# Participating in quality improvement projects.

# Monitoring the performance of dialysis equipment and water treatment systems.

# Ensuring compliance with infection control protocols.

# Assess patient feedback and take necessary steps for improvement.

# Coordinate with dialysis centres, district team and central team ensure smooth functioning of the centres.

# To accredit the centres for quality certifications.


Maximum Age: 40 years as on 01.01.2025


Basic pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): Rs. 25000 - 45000 (for Deputy Manager) Rs. 20000 - 40000 (for

Assistant Manager)


Qualification:

Essential: MSc (Medical Dialysis Technology) / MSc (Renal Dialysis Technology) / MBA (Healthcare Management) / MHA or BSc (Medical Dialysis Technology)/ BSc (Renal Dialysis Technology).


Post Qualification Experience:

Essential: For Assistant Manager, Post Graduation with minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance activities of reputed hospital/dialysis centre.

For Deputy Manager, Post Graduation with minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance activities of reputed hospital/dialysis centre.

OR

For Assistant Manager, Graduation with minimum 3 years of post qualification experience in quality assurance activities of a reputed hospital / dialysis centre.

For Deputy Manager, Graduation with minimum 4 years of post qualification experience in quality assurance activities of a reputed hospital / dialysis centre.
