Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Responsible to ensure seamless experience for BV clients and other BV offices in the coordination process by supporting the Project coordinators in the activities.
- Assisting in sourcing Auditors (Team Lead / Team Members) as per Accreditation requirements, coordinate with Auditors/other BV offices as needed via email, calls or chat under supervision of senior/project coordinator
- Handling BV production tool to update details i.e. RFA requests, Audit scheduling, man-day planning, report issuance & assist invoicing though pending actions report
- Effectively monitor the mailbox for emails to ensure communication protocols, timeliness and quality requirements are met
- Monitor the Generic mailbox for new requests. Acknowledge the emails, create folders and assign as per process defined
- Search CVs from BV Production tool (Siebel) to respond to requests for inspections and requests as received from the BV CO / PO, identify Auditors with adequate competence.
- Ensure Auditor competencies are matching with the request (Scheduling Rule)
- Escalate issues, deviations and non-compliance to Team Lead.
- Follow up for pending actions as per extracts taken from BV tools
- Format report where applicable as requested by senior/project coordinator.
Update and publish dashboards for operations and business KPIs

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor in Engineering , B.Com , BBM, BBA with 3-4 years experience in Global Shared services industry managing multiple stakeholders in Global environment
Preferred: Advanced certification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma certification)
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
› Strong understanding of leading practices and experience of Data / Voice processes
› Exposure to dealing with international clients
› Experience in administrative operations of back-office processes and / or experience with Enterprise tools Skills & Qualities
› An intrinsic Task Master able to work in a fast-paced environment with ever-increasing project loads.
Preferred: Experience In Scheduling / Planning the audits / Inspection.
