Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nutritionist & Customer Service Executive to join our team. This entry-level position is for someone who is eager to apply their nutrition knowledge while providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nutrition and be comfortable working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nutrition Consultations: Provide nutrition advice and pitch products to clients based on their health goals and dietary preferences.
  • Customer Support: Assist customers via email, phone, and social media, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing product recommendations.
  • Coordination: Work closely with relevant teams (e.g., product, logistics, marketing, technical etc.) to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Data Management: Regularly update and maintain client information, records, and nutritional data in Excel, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Social Media Engagement: Monitor and respond to nutrition-related queries and feedback on social media platforms.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (BSc) in Nutrition or a related field.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, record updates).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborative team player, capable of working seamlessly across departments to resolve issues and drive results.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi and Malayalam (preferably).
