Have good communications in English, local language and hindi

Willing to work as Internship for 6 months or as freelance

• Internship option is for candidate from good college and/or prior experience
  
  In internship there will be reasonable fixed salary
  
  In freelance, you will be offered 50% of one month pay of candidate salary upfront upon he submiting his details
  
  There will be no fixed salary
  
  But because, we have multiple vacancies across India, this option too can be great option.
• Job Profile
  
  We wish to hire field engineers (mechanical / electrical / electronics) across multiple cities who are from metal profile cutting, welding industry
  
  Detailed job profile, salary structure etc shall be provided along with training to you, if you are selected.
• You are expected to identify above experienced candidates, speak to them about their interest and shortlist
  
  We also have requirement for sales professionals, engineering design professionals etc
  
  Job is remote (work from home) and online
  
  We are open for part-timers / Open for 2nd career ladies / housewife work from home if you have corporate experience as HR recruiter.
• After completion of internship, you may be absorbed as regular associate / employee, if you wish.
