Lohia Developers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Head- Head Office to oversee real estate projects for our corporate office. The role involves strategic planning, execution, and delivery of real estate initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive project plans for corporate office real estate projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor project progress and address any issues to maintain quality and timeline standards. - Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for real estate projects.

- Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations.

- Provide regular project updates to management.
