Role - Construction Engineer

Location - Kolkata & Indore

Experience - 6 to 20 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage structural design and analysis for high-rise buildings, commercial buildings, IT parks, and other complex structures.
• Ensure structural integrity and compliance with local regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Design and review RCC structures, including foundations, slabs, beams, and columns.
• Oversee and provide technical guidance for PT (Post-Tensioning) works.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Perform detailed calculations, create models, and prepare design documentation for construction.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor the progress and quality of work.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers and support teams in project execution.
• Identify and resolve potential design issues or construction challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma / Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience in structural engineering, specifically in high-rise buildings, commercial buildings, and IT parks.
• Strong expertise in RCC structures.
• Experience in Post-Tensioning (PT) works is highly preferred.
