Role: Sales- Associate/Manager (AdTech or MarTech)

Location: Infantry Road, Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore ,

Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai

Mode: WFO

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team. The role will focus on developing new business opportunities, driving sales, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the region. This is a high-impact role that requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution to ensure client success and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Create new business opportunities for our organization in the region.
• Build, cultivate, and leverage a strong network of high-value clients and agencies.
• Develop proposals, deliver pitches, and close deals to meet business objectives.
• Proactively communicate and anticipate issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Own and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales and market trends to develop an effective strategic sale plan.
• Work at both the strategic and tactical level to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
• Ensure revenue realization through a focus on account receivables.

Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years of media sales experience is a must.
• Proven experience in performance ad sales, with a strong network of advertisers and digital media agencies.
• Experience with selling Ad tech platforms/DSP is a plus (but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
