Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration: Manage and oversee HR-related administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating databases, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues while fostering a positive work environment.
- Compensation and Benefits: Support the administration of employee benefits, payroll (multiple projects and multiple cost centre), and compensation structures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing.
- HR Compliance: Ensure that all HR practices are in alignment with legal issues, NGO regulations as per the law, organizational policies, and industry best practices.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Maintain HR metrics and prepare regular reports on key HR data, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and absenteeism.
- HR Projects: Participate in special HR projects and initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, HR system implementation, and more.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Experience in non-profit or research foundations is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally if required for work-related activities
